Farley
This is our new pony we got for Christmas. He is very gentle and nice. He dumps his food bowl. He is fun to ride. Gracie my friend is going to come over and show me some things about putting on his bridle and other important stuff. He's got a lot of hair that will come off when it's warmer. My dad is making a paddock and an area for him to graze. And he's making a stable for him to sleep in. I'm going to get ready to ride! Bye for now!

This year I will be in 5th grade . We got new school books. The subjects I will be doing are History, Science, English, Math, Awana and Choose classes. I'm looking forward to learning a lot, growing as a Christian, and being a helper at home. I love to bake and will probably get the chance to cook lots of dinners!

Today is Saturday. I had fun doing webcam with Emily and I also had fun mowing the lawn! Olivia is going to visit Emily and Addi and Chris next Wednesday. She will help Emily with Addison since she is having surgery on Monday, the day after Mother's Day. She will only be 9 months old and the surgery is to repair a cleft in her back palate, so it will hurt a lot and Emily will need help holding Addison and keeping her happy. Olivia is very good at cooking and she knows how to help with babies. I will miss her while she is gone because she is a good sister - she drives us to the river to swim and play and also to gymnastics. She likes to make dinner but it is usually turkey enchiladas which I don't like. I like her turkey tacos though. And she makes really good burritos. She also makes really good rhubarb bread.

For the history class at band I am writing a report on George Washington. What I have learned so far about George Washington is when he was 20 he started to be a general of the British army. He was a surveyor at 16. He was a good leader. He liked farming. He was a founding father and a delegate to the Continental Congress.

This blog is a journal for me, of my life, what I do during the day for school and fun and work. I'm also working on my grammer and typing skills.
